What Areas Does Avenue Construction Group Serve?
We currently serve Scarsdale, Rye, Bronxville, Eastchester, Pleasantville, and Chappaqua in Westchester County. More Westchester towns are next on our rollout plan.
Are You Licensed and Insured?
Yes. We hold a Westchester County Home Improvement Contractor License and carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Certificates of insurance are available on request before work begins.
How Do I Get an Estimate?
Submit the quote form on any page or call our office directly. We schedule an on-site inspection for most jobs and provide a written estimate rather than a phone-only quote.
Do You Handle Permits and Design Review Approvals?
Yes, village and town building permit filings and architectural or design review board applications are part of our project management, not a separate service.
Do You Offer Emergency Service?
Yes, for active roof leaks and storm damage we offer emergency tarping and response across our service area, followed by a permanent repair plan.
How Long Does a Typical Project Take?
Timelines vary by scope: a roof replacement typically runs a few days, a kitchen or bathroom remodel four to eight weeks, and an addition three to six months including permitting. We give a project-specific timeline in your written estimate.
Do You Provide a Warranty on Your Work?
Yes, workmanship warranty terms and any applicable manufacturer material warranties are confirmed in writing before you sign a contract, so the terms are clear upfront.
